The TTL Group’s Annual Dinner stands as the most significant event in our company’s calendar, symbolizing both the conclusion of a fruitful year and the dawn of a new chapter. On the evening of July 13th, 2024, we gathered at the Connexion Conference & Event Centre in Bangsar South for a memorable celebration. With all branches in attendance, the event was a resounding success, filled with gratitude and recognition for the invaluable contributions of our staff. The evening's retro-themed dress code added a vibrant and nostalgic flair, making the night one to remember.
The CEO of TTL Group, Mr. Eric Tan, officially kicked off the evening with an inspiring speech that left a lasting impression. He shared his vision for the future, highlighting his unwavering commitment to the Group. "TTL Group is on a path to expansion, with a focus on entering the data center sector. We are also poised to strengthen our presence in the rental machinery business this year," Eric declared with confidence. His words resonated with the audience, setting a tone of optimism and ambition for the year ahead. Our Managing Director and Founder of TTL Group, Mr. Kelvin Tan, marked his birthday with a memorable moment, posing for a picture while holding a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Standing beside him with a beaming smile, our Executive Director, Ms. Lee, added to the celebratory atmosphere as she presented the bouquet. The radiance smile between the couple perfectly captured the spirit of the occasion. The opening speech ceremony concluded with a cake-cutting celebration, joined by all the branch managers. This act symbolized the strong camaraderie among our team and marked the shared journey with TTL. It was a moment to honour our collective achievements and to congratulate everyone on the continued success of TTL's business. The evening unfolded with a lively retro performance, setting the perfect backdrop as our team indulged in a delectable buffet spread. The highlight of the night was the Staff Awards, featuring five categories, each voted on by TTL’s team members. The awards celebrated the unique contributions of our colleagues. These accolades recognized the outstanding qualities that make TTL a thriving and vibrant community. The night’s excitement continued with the much-anticipated lucky draw. This year, TTL set a goal to ensure that no one left the annual dinner empty-handed. The energy in the room was electric, with everyone eager to see who would walk away with the grand prize. Just as the anticipation reached its peak, the MC playfully paused the lucky draw, shifting the focus to some fun-filled games—a surprising twist that left the crowd both amused and eager for more. Next up was the awards ceremony, where we honored our dedicated team members with the Years of Service Awards. The most notable recognition went to those who have been with TTL for an impressive 15 years. As a token of appreciation for their unwavering commitment and hard work, they each received a gold bar, symbolizing the invaluable contributions they’ve made to TTL over the years. The evening’s entertainment continued with two lively games: "TTL Can Dance" and "Best Dressed." Four teams, each consisting of four members, took to the stage to showcase their dance skills. Our committee members demonstrated the moves, and the teams put their own spin on the routines, with even our newcomers diving in with full enthusiasm, determined to win. For the "Best Dressed" competition, a handful of stylish team members were selected by the MC, who then had to show off their talents on the dance floor. The highlight of the night was when a soon-to-be mom, just five months away from welcoming her little one, took the stage with confidence and energy, giving everyone a bit of a thrill as she danced. Finally, the MC returned to the lucky draw, and the moment everyone had been waiting for was near—the grand prize. The anticipation was palpable as the top prizes were announced: a Coach handbag, a Coach belt, an electric bicycle, and, to top it all off, a brand-new television. Who would be the lucky winners? The suspense was almost too much to bear! We concluded the evening by expressing our heartfelt appreciation to the event committee, whose hard work and dedication made the night a memorable success. Following the acknowledgments, we gathered for a photo session, with each branch from across Malaysia coming together to capture the spirit of unity and camaraderie that defines TTL. These moments, immortalized in photos, served as a perfect ending to a night filled with celebration, recognition, and shared joy.
